CompHealth is helping physicians find an outpatient-only practice in Des Moines, Iowa. You’ll join a small team including one physician and three APPs, with a 4-day work week and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Expect an average patient load of 18–24 per day across continuity and pediatrics, with robust benefits and strong support in contracts and licensing. The position offers day-one benefits, a 403b match, generous time off, and a commencement bonus with CME allowance.
