Arise Staffing / Platinum Business Corporation seeks qualified Family Practice / Primary Care Physicians for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and Branch Health Clinics. Coverage includes Tricare Prime Clinics in Suffolk and Chesapeake, and Boone clinic with both full-time and part-time options.

Roles focus on adult care within a federal healthcare setting. Physicians will provide full scope medical services, supervision, and education to clinic staff, with routine duties including exams,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada; equivalent options for foreign grads if applicable.
• Must hold an MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Current DEA Certification.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license.
• BLS and ACLS Certification from AHS or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of physician services in accordance with privileges granted by the MTF.
• Direct, perform, or assist in instruction of other health care professionals within scope of clinical privileges.
• Examine, diagnose, treat, or prescribe within training and privileges.
• Provide preventive and health maintenance care including annual physicals and education.
• Order diagnostic tests and refer to appropriate physicians or clinics as indicated.
• Operate and guide clinical staff, participate in PI and RM activities.
• Attend annual trainings and meetings as required.
