Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a concierge, membership-based medical practice in a suburban setting.

You will deliver personalized care to a small patient panel, see 3–8 patients daily in person (including assisted living visits), and enjoy autonomy with flexible scheduling in a collaborative, patient‑centered team.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or eligible).
• Strong communication and clinical skills with focus on patient satisfaction.
