Job summary

Clark Fork Valley Hospital is looking for a passionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic team in Plains, Montana. This role offers a flexible 4-day workweek allowing for personal balance while focusing on high-quality primary care without obstetrics or call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.
• Participate in provider meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally assist with patient care during high-volume periods in the ER.
