Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Dispensing license (Florida) or willingness to obtain.
• DEA license needed.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in primary or urgent care setting.
• Ability to perform GYN care and well-women exams.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Tuesday and Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM; Wednesday: 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM.
• 12–15 patients a day.
• No nights, no weekends, or on-call duties.
• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations.
• Prescribe and dispense medications as needed.
• Promote wellness educational programs.

Responsibilities
