Health Here invites multiple Primary Care physicians to join our expanding multispecialty group across St. Augustine/Jacksonville and Palm Coast, FL. The positions emphasize patient-centered care and excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include seeing about 20 patients daily, rotating call coverage, and practicing in diverse settings with open office hours (7am-8pm St. Augustine; 8am-5pm Palm Coast).

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Focus on quality care and patient satisfaction
• Ability to manage a growing patient volume within 3-6 months
• Strong communication and organizational skills
