We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team at one of our community clinics, located in Frederic, WI. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical care to patients across all age groups, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Stay current with medical advancements and continuously improve clinical skills
