Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in the Florida Keys seeks an experienced primary care physician for an outpatient-only practice, located between Miami and Key West. The role is full-time as an independent contractor (1099) with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

No hospital privileges or on-call duties are required; you’ll benefit from a desirable location near Key Largo with easy access to Miami and Key West.
