Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Granite City, IL seeks a Compassionate full-time Family Practice Physician to join a multidisciplinary team of prescribers and staff. 40 hours/week, no weekends or evenings. Salary range $185,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities include providing patient-centered outpatient primary care for all ages, and adhering to state policies and evidence-based practices. Retirement plan with company match and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Requires a physician license in Illinois.
• Requires a DEA certification.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice is preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial.

• Provide direct medical prescriber services in accordance with Illinois state policies.

Our client is seeking a Compassionate full-time Family Practice Physician to join thier multidisciplinary team of prescribers and support staff in Granite City, IL .

Salary Range: $185K - $225K (based on experience)

No Weekends or Evenings Required!

40 hours per week!

No rounding required!

No call rotation required!

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality, patient centered outpatient primary care to infant through geriatric patients.
• Providing direct medical prescriber services in accordance with the state of Illinois and agency policies and procedures.
• Setting an example for and reinforcing evidence-based practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires a physician license in the state of Illinois.
• Requires a Drug Enforcement Agency certification.
• Board Certified/Board eligible physician in Family Practice is preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of comprehensive health services.
• Willingness to adhere to stated program and documentation protocols.
• Ability to provide health coaching and health education to at risk or high risk patients with chronic conditions.
• Willingness to work with underprivileged populations.
• Satisfactory completion of background checking process.
