Job summary

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant certification is required.
• Massachusetts license is required.
• ACLS certificate is required.
• MCSR (Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration) is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform age-appropriate history and physical.
• Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient's age-specific needs.
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments to patient's age specific need.
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatments.
• Provide education of acute and chronic medical conditions.
