Job summary
UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice to join their team in Windsor, Wisconsin. This full-time position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, focusing on managing health for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin.
- DEA license or eligibility to obtain one before or upon hire.
- Preferred: minimum two years of relevant clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform annual physical exams and manage health maintenance.
- Care for acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
- Conduct telemedicine visits via video and telephone.
- Execute routine clinical procedures including wart removal and IUD placement.
