Zohorecruit is seeking a Family Practitioner to join a hospital-owned practice just north of Chicago. The focus is outpatient family medicine with some ancillary services; inpatient work is not required.

You will collaborate with two physicians and a midlevel provider, sharing call 1:3 by phone. The compensation package includes salary, incentives, relocation allowance, 401K, and may include a sign-on bonus.

Family Practitioner needed to join a hospital owned practice. Work alongside 2 other physicians & a midlevel provider. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of outpatient family medicine w/some ancillary services. No inpatient work required. Share call 1:3 only by phone.
