Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a family practice setting.
• Experience with seniors with chronic diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small patient panel of 60-90 seniors with chronic diseases.
• Participate in PCP Black Belt Training and Leadership Pathways Program.
• Provide comprehensive primary care and support for the clinical team.

Center Clinical Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -New Orleans, LA

COMPENSATION: $280-$300k base + Bonus' and Partnership

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role

• Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
