Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a full-time Staff Physician – Family Practice in North Carolina. The physician will complete risk assessments, develop individualized care plans, ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and coordinate care with patients.

The role supports new grads and requires NC licensure and an MD/DO. The position emphasizes timely communication, documentation in the EHR, and meeting productivity goals within our partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
• Active license to practice in North Carolina.
• Completion of an approved 4-year residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience: Will accept new grads.
• Must see all ages, including newborns.

Responsibilities

• Complete health risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines in clinical work areas.
• Research and link patients to resources and services for care plans and self-care.
• Meet productivity and billing goals set by the organization.
• Document patient care plans and coordination in the EHR.
• Assess patient needs and resources for effective self-care management.
• Provide timely communication with patients and follow-up actions.

We are seeking a Doctor of Medicine (MD) to work at one of our partner facilities. Maxim seeks a full-time Staff Physician Family Practice DIRECT HIRE in North Carolina.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy. Duties:

• - Complete health risk assessments as a foundation for developing individualized care plans and outcomes goals for patients and their families.
• - Staff physician shall follow the correct OSHA and HIPAA guidelines and take measures to ensure that these guidelines are followed in the clinical work areas.
• - Research, find, and link patients to resources, services, and support mechanisms for their care plans and self-care management needs.
• - Meets productivity and billing goals set by the organization.
• - Document each patient s individualized care plan and care coordination in the Practice s electronic health record (EHR).
• - Conduct and document assessments of patient needs and resources for effective self-care management.
• - Provide timely communication with patients, make inquiries, execute follow-up actions, and help to integrate information into the care plan.
