Maxim Locum Tenens and Advanced Practitioners, LLC, a division of Maxim Healthcare Services, seeks a Board-certified Family Medicine MD for a Minnesota locum tenens assignment. Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, with 8-hour shifts; start ASAP upon credentialing; patient load: 15–20 per day; EMR: EPIC.

Requirements include active MN medical license, MN DEA certificate, and board certification in Family Practice.

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota Medical License (MN licensure)
• Active MN DEA certificate
• Board certified in Family Practice
• MD degree required
