Job summary

The role focuses on comprehensive ambulatory care, care planning, preventive services, and care coordination with a collaborative team. Candidates should have an MD/DO, Texas license, and current DEA/DPS and BLS credentials;

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
• Current DEA and DPS licenses.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory clinic setting.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust care plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Deliver routine checkups, immunizations, health screenings, lifestyle counseling, and wellness education.
• Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records, including patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and ongoing care updates.
• Maintain full clinical privileges and follow medical ethics and applicable laws.
• Participate in committees and work groups as assigned.
