Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care – Brookdale in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate Family Physician to join our outpatient primary care team. This position targets graduates in 2027 and practicing physicians seeking a career change, with start in Summer 2027.

The role offers a 4-day work week in a growing practice, competitive benefits, and a supportive, physician-led environment. Board-certified or eligible physicians are encouraged to apply as we expand to serve the community.

What We Offer

Are you a current Family Medicine Resident graduating in 2027 or a practicing Family Medicine Physician interested in making an exciting career change? Novant Health is looking for a compassionate, caring, board certified / board eligible Family Physician to join our rapidly growing outpatient primary care team, and we would love to speak with you about our opportunities. We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care – Brookdale located in Charlotte, NC. We’re interviewing now but this position would not start until Summer 2027

Our office is located in the northeast part of Charlotte next to the I-485 loop giving you the flexibility to live within Charlotte or one of our many fantastic suburbs. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:00-5:30, offering the opportunity to work a 4-day work week. Based on the growth of the area and our reputation in the community for the past 12 years, we are excited to add this individual join our team offive other Providers(4 Physician and 1 APP). You’ll enjoy strong office morale and find this to be a great place to establish a career, in a part of Charlotte currently experiencing rapid growth.
