Job summary

Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a physician to provide outpatient comprehensive primary care services in Leesburg, FL.

Responsibilities include preventive care, acute and chronic management, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within a collaborative team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical school, residency in the specialty, an active Florida medical license, DEA license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.
• Three to five years of experience preferred.
• Active Florida license required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.

• Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Deliver primary care consultation services as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary

Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.

Qualifications

Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.

Experience:
Three to five years of experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Active Florida license required.
• DEA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature.
• Able to work flexible hours as assigned.
• Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned.
