WellSpan Health is seeking a family physician to join our growing practice near historic Gettysburg, PA and the Maryland state line. We are a community-centered practice with a fun and inclusive work environment located near Liberty Mountain Resort.

We have an excellent call schedule which is triaged by nurses. Our team supports Epic EMR with Ai scribes that ambiently listen to visits and generate notes in EPIC.

• Join 3 providers in an organized, well-run and innovative practice
• Nurse-triaged call schedule 9 weeknights/ year and 2-3 weekends/year
• Flexible manager is open to a 4-day work week at full-time
• Epic EMR; Pharmacy, Lab and rehab on site

Position Highlights:

• Join 3 providers in an organized, well-run and innovative practice
• Nurse-triaged call schedule 9 weeknights/ year and 2-3 weekends/year
• Flexible manager is open to a 4-day work week at full-time
• Reliable Long-term staff – current staffing ratio is 1:1
• Epic EMR; Pharmacy, Lab and rehab on site
• WellSpan Primary Care practices now utilize Epic’s Ai scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.
