Associate Pastor of Family Ministries

Ainsworth Evangelical Free Church (Ainsworth EFC) in Ainsworth, Nebraska is seeking a full‑time on‑site Associate Pastor of Family Ministries to join their team. The church embraces biblical values of loving God, His Word, and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. The ministry will serve youth and families, mentoring parents and conducting discipleship courses for couples.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement weekly programs and special events for children and youth from infants to college age.
• Gather, train, and equip volunteers to meet weekly and event needs of the Youth/Children’s Ministry.
• Direct, develop, and lead discipleship courses for married couples and parents.
