Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts seeks a Family Partner to join the Community Wraparound program.

You will provide peer support to parents and caregivers, drawing on lived experience to build trust and engagement. You will help families navigate behavioral health, medical, educational, and community systems, connect them with resources, and support safety and stabilization in the least restrictive setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience navigating child- and family-serving systems.
• Ability to use lived experience to empower families without providing clinical treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to parents and caregivers in crisis situations.
• Assist families in navigating health, education, and community systems.
• Identify strengths and coping strategies to increase safety and stabilization in least restrictive settings.
• Facilitate referrals and warm handoffs to services and supports.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate service documentation.
