Job summary

Redirect Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide virtual primary care from home. This weekend-focused role offers a mid-shift schedule with additional weekday hours if desired, and remote work flexibility.

You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage care plans, prescribe medications, and document in EMR systems, collaborating with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes while helping families stay healthy with no payroll healthcare costs.

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with strong family practice background.
• Experience in family practice or primary care.
• Available to work a weekend schedule (mid-shift) with additional weekday hours if desired.
• Example schedule: Friday 10a-2p, Saturday/Sunday 10a-6:30p.
