Baptist Urgent Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner in Wynne, AR to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages in a busy urgent/primary care setting. You will diagnose, treat, educate, and coordinate care with a team of clinicians and support staff.

The role requires active APRN licensure, FNP certification, and DEA/DOT/BLS credentials, with full-time hours including rotating shifts. PRN opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Active state APRN license required.
• Current FNP board certification required.
• Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
• Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary patient care to families across ages with acute and chronic conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, manage and educate patients with a wide variety of conditions.
• Lead, direct and assist during emergencies while maintaining a comforting patient environment.
• Perform medical procedures (e.g., laceration repairs, injections, minor procedures) as part of urgent/primary care.
• Coordinate with on-site staff including labs, x-ray, and specimen collection.
• Ensure operations comply with medical policies and professional standards.
