Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in clinic and via telehealth across our Kentucky locations. The provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and coordinate care with compassion and efficiency.

Requirements include an MSN, active DEA, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. The role includes relocation assistance up to $4,000, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active DEA license and good standing; DEA required within 120 days where applicable.
• 1–2 years of provider experience in Urgent Care / Occupational Medical / ER or Family Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff to deliver excellent patient care and maintain professional services.
• Discuss and review patients' history, symptoms, and medications to formulate diagnoses.
• Educate patients on continued treatment and care while ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to company policies in all activities.
