Job summary

Fast Pace Health is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, with relocation assistance up to $4,000. You will lead clinic staff, review patient histories, and implement evidence-based care aligned with our values.

A strong focus on patient satisfaction and teamwork guides daily activities. The role requires an MSN and/or MMS, 1–2 years of provider experience, active license with DEA, and DOT certification within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• 1–2 years of experience as a provider in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER/trauma, or family practice preferred.
• Active license plus DEA; DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff and ensure delivery of excellent patient care and adherence to protocols.
• Review medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications for accurate diagnoses.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and educate patients on treatment plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company compliance standards; participate in mandatory trainings.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and supervising physicians to optimize patient care.
