Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oak Ridge, Tennessee clinic. This role combines in-clinic patient care with telehealth responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality care and compassionate service.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree (MSN) or PA degree, be licensed with active DEA, and have 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience. DOT certification is preferred, and we offer a supportive team environment and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; however, where limited by years of practice under state law, DEA will be required within 120 days of provider meeting the minimum years of practice under state law for obtaining DEA.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted for tele and in patient as determined.
• Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications.
• Attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
