Job summary

Fast Pace Health in Covington, TN seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role. The Provider will deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth, lead clinic staff, and ensure patient satisfaction while adhering to HIPAA and clinical protocols.

New grads are welcomed with extensive training and mentoring to develop clinical competencies. Eligible candidates must hold an MSN, active NP license, and DEA certification, with a compassionate, patient-centric approach to care.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active NP license and DEA certification required.
• Experience with telehealth a plus, strong patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings.
• Lead clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care and compliance with protocols.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
• Maintain patient charts accurately and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and ongoing training.
