This role requires NY NP licensure, DEA registration, and board certification with availability daytime plus one evening per week and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Board certification as Nurse Practitioner.
• Active NYS Nurse Practitioner License is required.
• Active NYS DEA Registration required.
