One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) based in Berkeley, CA. You will manage a patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth care, and collaborate with a diverse clinical team.

Ongoing learning occurs through Clinical Rounds and staff huddles, with opportunities for in-office procedures. Applicants must have an accredited NP/PA program and national certification, California licensure by start date, and 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Licensed in California by start date.
• In past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with fellowship/1+ year urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits

• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures


• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification


• Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date


• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting


• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

This is a full-time role based in Berkeley, CA.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is$164,700 to $196,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.Additionalpay may bedeterminedfor those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
