Job summary

SynergenX-Low T Center is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP) in the San Antonio region to deliver hormone replacement therapy and wellness services. You will work with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, clinic-based setting.

The role requires active PA/NP licensure, DEA registration, and at least 1 year of clinical practice. Occasional Saturday work is required, with incentive pay, and you will participate in a two-week paid

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Current DEA registration (required).
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to work during clinic operating hours.
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month (additional incentive pay).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Deliver hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness programs (weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido).
• Assist with clinic operations and support the assigned location.
• Occasionally cover other San Antonio-area clinics as needed.

As we continue to expand our clinical offerings and remotely managed care services, we are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team.

Our providers work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment using proprietary treatment protocols designed to improve patients' quality of life.

Position Overview

As a Mid-Level Provider, you will collaborate with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver comprehensive patient care through hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including:

• Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Weight Management
• Sleep Apnea Management
• Hypertension Management
• Low Libido Treatment

You will also assist with clinic operations and support the overall success of your assigned location. This position is based in the San Antonio region, with providers working primarily out of our New Braunfels and Sonterra clinics. Occasional coverage at other San Antonio-area locations may be required based on business needs.

Hours of Operation

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month; 3 Saturdays during five-week months)

Training

• Paid two-week training program (10 consecutive business days)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000 annually
• Saturday Pay: $400 per Saturday worked, with the opportunity to earn up to $10,400 annually in additional compensation
