One Medical, a leading primary care provider, seeks an advanced practitioner to manage a diverse patient panel. You’ll conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, and via telehealth, with weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative teamwork.

A Texas license by start date is required; willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states is expected. This is a full-time role in Austin, TX.

• OR 1 year outpatient + 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year urgent care with all ages.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• State licensed in Texas, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX the One Medical Aldrich Street Mueller clinic.

Relocation assistance may be available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $128,600 - $153,800 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
