CVS Health Corporation’s MinuteClinic in Carmel, IN seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment, in-person and via telehealth from the clinic. You will perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, vaccines, and care coordination with a clinical team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, active board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree as FNP and national board certification.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Order/administer vaccines and coordinate care with other providers.
