Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-training experience in primary care.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred
• Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team at Banner Health Center plus in Glendale, AZ. Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
• Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances

• $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
