• Licensed FNP or PA with current Minnesota license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as the sole onsite provider.
• Comfort in an employer-based worksite clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality clinical care to employees and client.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Deliver primary, preventive, urgent and episodic care.
• Perform occupational health surveillance and regulatory exams.
• Educate patients on conditions and preventive care.
• Document care using Medcor EMR and clinical tools.
• Collaborate with client health, safety, and HR teams.
• Support workplace wellness initiatives and patient outcomes.

About the Role

As the onsite Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant you will serve as the clinics sole provider and deliver a broad range of healthcare services to the clients employees The clinics scope includes Occupational health and work related injuryillness care Workers compensation injury evaluation and treatment Medical surveillance and regulatory examinations Primary and preventive care Urgent and episodic care Health and wellness education Care for employees contractors and eligible employee dependents over age 5 Youll work closely with a Medcor employed oversight physician as well as Medcors Operations Manager Director and other clinical and operational leaders There are no on call requirements With advance notice occasional flexibility for additional hours may be requested based on client needs

What Youll Do

• Provide high quality clinical care and exceptional service to patients and the client
• Evaluate diagnose and treat occupational and non occupational injuries and illnesses
• Treat patients according to Evidence Based Medicine standards
• Provide primary preventive urgent and episodic care
• Perform occupational health surveillance and regulatory examinations
• Educate patients regarding medical conditions treatment plans and preventive care
• Coach patients on healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices
• Document patient care using Medcors EMR and other clinical tools
• Collaborate with client health safety and environmental professionals
• Partner with client HR and benefits teams on appropriate clinical matters
• Support workplace wellness and preventive health initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients client contacts and Medcor colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner FNP or Physician Assistant PA
• Hold a current unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota
• Maintain current DEA registration
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Have strong computer skills and experience working with EMR systems
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable working independently as the sole onsite provider
• Be comfortable practicing in an employer basedworksite clinic environment
• Demonstrate a collaborative patient focused approach and commitment to excellent customer service
