Mirna R Chambi MD Inc in California is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic. The provider will perform comprehensive primary care, assess patients across ages, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Strong clinical skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with EMR/EHR systems are essential to ensure high-quality documentation and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in primary care settings with proficiency in a medical office.
• Strong clinical skills including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience with diverse populations and with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical exams, and medical history Reviews to determine health status.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Manage electronic records in the EMR/EHR system and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Demonstrated experience working in primary care settings with proficiency in a medical office
• Strong clinical skills including physical examinations ,diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
