Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services including HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections, and Suboxone distribution.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with call duties 4 times a month.

About the role

• M-F, 8am-5pm, call 4 times a month
• Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution
• Nurse Practitioner will see all ages

Background Desired

• 3-5 years of experience in a primary care and HIV preferred
• Unencumbered NM license or eligible for state licensure at time of application
