Mercyhealth is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in Lena, Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative environment with a collaborating physician, operational leaders, and support staff.

You will practice with an employed model and have access to EPIC EMR, extensive referral sources, and a not-for-profit setting. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $145,000 with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Hold an active state APRN license.
• Experience preferred.
• The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build your individual schedule and practice as an employed provider with your collaborating physician and leadership support.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and leverage wide referral sources to support patient care.
