Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Starke, FL is seeking PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to cover multiple clinics in the region. You will provide urgent and primary care, perform minor procedures, interpret EKGs, review X-rays with radiology, and deliver care across all ages in a fast-paced setting. Shifts are planned approximately two months in advance with clinic hours: MainStreet Clinic 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

weekdays and 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. weekends; KidsStreet locations offer similar hours.

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

At MainStreet Family Care, we’re growing fast and looking for fast, fun, and friendly PRN Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to work across multiple clinics in your region. Our providers help patients feel better FAST! Boom!

Responsibilities:

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting

Schedule:

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance

MainStreet Clinic Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only):

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.
