Job summary

A local healthcare organization in Spartanburg is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions. The role offers a salary of $90,000–$110,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off. Candidates must hold a current SC Nurse Practitioner License and have over 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current SC Nurse Practitioner License.
• 3+ years of experience treating chronic conditions and acute illnesses.
• EMR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute health issues and manage chronic conditions for both adults and children.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
• Analyze lab and clinical findings to make informed medical decisions.
• Promote healthy behaviors through patient education and counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Develop and prescribe treatment plans in accordance with protocols.
• Perform in-office procedures.

What your future day will look like:

• Diagnose and treat acute health issues and manage chronic conditions for both adults and children.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to support clinical decisions.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed during adult and pediatric exams.
• Analyze lab and clinical findings to make informed medical decisions.
• Promote healthy behaviors through patient education and counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR for each patient visit.
• Develop and prescribe treatment plans in accordance with protocols, referring patients when necessary.
• Perform in-office procedures.
