Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting in Arizona is seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioners to join a growing clinical practice. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care for patients with pain-related conditions in outpatient settings.

Requirements include an unrestricted Arizona NP license, board certification (FNP/AGNP or equivalent), current DEA, and 1–2 years of NP experience. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other applicable certification).
• Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, family medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, or related outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, history, physical examination, and assessment of pain-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and adjust plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and other clinical data.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding treatment planning, procedures, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines, including Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy, when appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to practice policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
