Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Plainview, NY is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-led outpatient group. This 100% outpatient role offers flexible hours, with a compensation range of $200K-$300K per year.

Position may be full-time or part-time with Monday–Friday hours and no call. You will provide comprehensive primary care, collaborate with physicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain EMR documentation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS RN and NP licenses with BLS and board certification.
• Minimum 8+ years as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow patient base.
• Familiarity with value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Refer to specialists when needed and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Lead and support nurses and staff; participate in population health and quality improvement.
• Develop sustainable patient panel aligned with growth objectives.

A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus
• 8+ years experience as a NP
