Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to support clinics in East North Carolina, including Wilmington, Swansboro, Havelock, and Kinston. You will deliver urgent and primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine in a high-volume environment.

The role requires board-certified FNP with MSN or higher and strong communication skills; hours vary by shift across locations, with opportunities for leadership in busy urgent care settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide minor surgical procedures (e.g., toenail removal, foreign object removal).
• Perform suturing.
• Splinting and splint application.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• General Dermatology.
• General eye problems.
• General EKG interpretations.
• Emergency management skills.
• General GYN expertise.
• Treating children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine.
• Telemedicine

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – East North Carolina Region$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to workacross multiple clinics in your area (Wilmington, Swansboro, Havelock, and Kinston. You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)


• Suturing


• Splinting


• General Orthopedic evaluations/management


• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)


• General Dermatology


• General eye problems


• General EKG interpretations


• Emergency management skills


• General GYN expertise


• Treating children of all ages

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
