Job summary

Walden Behavioral Care in Dedham, MA seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to cover every other weekend with two days off in lieu. The role involves conducting H&Ps and admissions assessments, prescribing medications, and overseeing stabilization when needed.

Qualifications

• MSN degree from an accredited program with clinical focus.
• ANCC board certification in primary care (FNP/WHNP) required.
• Licensed as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in MA or eligible.
• BLS/CPR certification required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct H&Ps and examinations for new admissions.
• Order or prescribe medications for clients on admission or during treatment.
• Oversee care of patients needing medical stabilization, including transfers.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment.

Walden Behavioral Care is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in Dedham, MA. This role requires covering every other weekend and will receive two days off during the week in lieu.

Pay - $110,000.00-$150,000.00 (depending on education and experience)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MSN program for a clinical Nurse Practitioner.
• ANCC Board Certified in a primary care discipline (e.g., FNP, WHNP, etc.).
• Licensed as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or equivalent.
• Competency working in both outpatient and inpatient settings is very helpful.
• Must hold BLS/CPR prior to starting work; we can arrange training if needed.
