Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join a growing multispecialty practice.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive family medicine including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care within a collaborative team. OB call coverage is required and opportunities arise within a brand-new facility and strong hospital partnerships.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• ACGME or AOA Family Medicine residency completed.
• Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment.
• Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases.
• Qualified to obtaining OB privileges and provide prenatal, delivery and postpartum care.
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, PALS and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine with obstetric care, including prenatal, labor and postpartum services.
• Deliveries and OB call coverage as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with Saint Alphonsus Nampa Medical Center and hospital services.
• Support continuity of care across pregnancy and primary care for patients in Caldwell.
