Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year RN experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing completed within five years from RN start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients and provide education to patients and families.
• Participate in discharge planning and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Lead and mentor staff; demonstrate professional practice and leadership within the Mayo Clinic Nursing model.
