Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible at time of employment.
• Licensed in WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory, family medicine in a busy primary care setting.
• Embed with RN Care Managers, behavioral health resources and back-office staff.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and continuity.
