Job summary

One Medical in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking clinicians for a full‑time role delivering in‑person and telehealth primary care. You will manage diverse patient panels, perform in‑office procedures when needed, and collaborate with both in‑office and virtual teams to deliver high‑quality care.

The position requires Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics training, CA licensure, and board certification or eligibility with a plan to obtain board certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, outpatient experience preferred.
• Board certification or eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• California medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in‑office, in testing centers or via telehealth when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with in‑office and virtual clinical teams on care delivery.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues and support credentialing for virtual care in additional states.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full‑time role based in Sunnyvale, CA.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $369,000 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
