Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Hermiston, OR seeks a Family Medicine Physician for Mirasol Family Health Center. This 1.0 FTE role cares for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with no OB responsibilities, using EPIC EMR and joining a collaborative care team.

We offer $322k annual salary, a $30k signing bonus, $20k relocation allowance, a 1,500 monthly auto/housing stipend for 12 months, loan repayment assistance, geographical pay differential, visa support, and CME allowance with CME

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Dedicated to serving underserved patient populations.
• Comfortable working in a community health setting.

Responsibilities

• Cares for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients; no OB responsibilities.
• Collaborates with care team to manage patient panels.
• Utilizes EPIC EMR for patient documentation and coordination.
