Job summary

77 Consultants in Indiana is seeking a dedicated physician to join a four-physician, two-NP team providing comprehensive care in a hospital setting. The role involves physical exams, taking histories, documenting findings, and educating patients on diagnoses and treatments.

Office hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a collaborative environment and support staff including LPNs, MAs, and lab personnel. Requirements include Indiana license or IMLC, board eligibility or certification in Family

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics.
• Indiana Medical License must be active.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• No minimum years of experience; open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including exams, histories, documentation, and education.
• Collaborate with team members (physicians, NPs, nurses, and staff) to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and medications.
