Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active (or eligible for) Unrestricted State Medical License and DEA registration.
Patient-centered communication style with a commitment to continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Primary Care & Chronic Disease Management: Provide ongoing care for hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and other adult conditions.
Preventive & Wellness Care: Perform annual exams, wellness visits, weight management counseling, and vitamin therapies.
Behavioral & Acute Health: Manage common outpatient anxiety, depression, and minor acute injuries.
Procedural Flexibility: Minor office procedures and wound care optional; open to new service lines.
